Role Description
This is a full-time District Sales Coordinator position with Aflac. As a District Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with clients, and executing sales operations. This is a hybrid role based in Eugene, OR, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of insurance products and industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

As an Aflac DSC, you'll identify prospective business clients and close on sales opportunities while helping to develop and train a team of Benefits Advisors.

They are responsible for managing communications and team formation within a player division. Typically, their responsibilities include: Recruiting coaches, referees, team parents and other volunteers. Ensuring that player evaluations fairly reflect the abilities of the players.
The Disability Management Coordinator assists with updating Department's policies and ensures policies are consistent with any changes to rules, regulations, or laws.
Meeting with employees to educate them on available benefits packages and helping them with enrollment. Consulting with existing clients to ensure packages are up to date with clients' evolving business needs. Marketing and advertising to promote awareness to new policies or changes in coverage.
