Unsorted and Other Examples:

  • The ships classes made by Kuat Drive Yards and subsidiaries are in Latin, and always have a precise meaning: "Imperator" (renamed "Imperial") means both "emperor" and "holder of supreme command", "Venator" means "hunter", "Mandator" means "commander", "Acclamator" is "proclaimer", "Executor" has a number of meanings that include "he who executes someone else's will" and "avenger"... And then we have "Arquitens" and "Tector", whose multiple meanings include respectively "rainbow maker" and "whitewasher".
    • "Executor" can also mean "tax collector".
  • In the Italian dubs, Yoda's peculiar speech pattern make it seems he speaks in Sicilian dialect... Just like a stereotypical mafioso.
  • The marketing team of Lucidchart explains the entire film series (and a few essential memes) up to episode 8.Star Wars - TV Tropes (1)

"[Anakin] hates sand, but he loves Padmé Amidala, so they-" (Palpatine saying "DO IT")

  • Kinect Star Wars had an (extremely out-of-character) dancing mini-game that was definitely lifted from Dance Central based on its UI. The songs are all parodies of real-life songs, with the funniest likely being their parody of YMCA, Empire TodayStar Wars - TV Tropes (2).
  • Some time after the events of The Empire Strikes Back, a Luke Skywalker lookalike started pretending to be him, hoping to get a job as a pilot... And then, Darth Vader himself shows up. And he's pissed because TESB happened just a few days before and because he heard of a Padme impersonator (actually her handmaiden Sabé who was mistaken for her due their resemblance). You know how this ends.
    • After leaving the cantina with a dead Luke Skywalker pretender and many terrified witnesses that can't believe they're still alive, Vader is met by the Imperial lieutenant that called him there, who says his intelligence was ironclad - and then Vader interrupts him and declares "Your intelligence is very much in doubt, lieutenant" before telling the next time to make sure it's Luke and not an impersonator and leaving to find whoever is supposedly impersonating his late wife.
  • To promote the opening of Star Tours, Disney released an advertisem*nt ofStar Wars - TV Tropes (3) Darth Vader going to Disneyland. The whole commercial is hilarious, from the happy carnival version of "Imperial March" to Vader's completely serious demeanor as he goes on rides and buys souvenirs.
  • Meta example: the simple fact that many Star Wars actors from the Prequel Trilogy onward couldn't resist making either lightsaber or blaster noises while onscreen, ruining takes or forcing the editing team to cover up the DIY sound effects in post. Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Anthony Daniels (when 3PO's head got stuck on a battle droid), Diego Luna, Laura Dern... nearly every single one of them defending themselves with "I just felt like a kid!" There's even behind-the-scenes footage from the Original Trilogy of Harrison Ford shouting "Bang, bang!" during rehearsals.
  • According to this interviewStar Wars - TV Tropes (4), Temuera Morrison would often greet Jeremy Bulloch with "Who's your daddy?".
  • As a tie-in with The Mandalorian Season 3, Googling such terms as "Mandalorian," "Grogu," and "Baby Yoda" in 2023 would summon the Child into the lower right-hand corner. With a few clicks or taps, he could use the Force to take the results screen apart.

The Prequel Trilogy

    • Liam Neeson taking out his lightsaber...only to lose his grip and send it flying over his shoulder.
    • In the Gungan scene, R2 falls over. The funniest part is that the animators bothered to animate Ahmed's reaction.
    • Yoda forgetting his lines. And Frank Oz staying in character the whole time!
    • Qui-Gon torturing Jar Jar.
    • "Let go of me." He had already let go at that point!
    • Hayden breaking the handle of his speeder.
    • R2 getting stuck and Ewan McGregor going to help him.
    • Jango Fett tap-dancing with an umbrella is now canon.
      • He later slips while fighting and falls off camera.
    • If Hayden Christensen and Christopher Lee fighting with toy lightsabers wasn't funny enough, Hayden ends up tripping.
    • Hayden tripping during the chase scene, and then when leaving Padme's room. The guy has no luck.

MrKappa345: May the floors be with you, Anakin.

    • Hayden Christensen on some soup: "God, that's hot!"
    • Ewan dancing while driving a speeder.
    • "This is ridiculous! This is just a mean joke! This isn't part of the movie at all!"
    • C-3PO crashing into the set, and both Natalie and Ewan's reaction to it.
    • Samuel L. Jackson's many falls. "Oh, my God, I'm awake! It's morning!"
    • Hayden going to the wrong door.
    • When Anakin is about to kill Dooku, instead of Palpatine yelling to Finish Him! it's some random guy. "He got the job!"
  • Another videoStar Wars - TV Tropes (8) shows part of the Dooku confrontation scene from Revenge of the Sith, only for Ewan McGregor to hit Hayden Christensen in a very unfortunate place.
