Dear @EarthLink: Having to call every day for a week only to be lied to about sending a technician for the modem before admitting on Day 5 they never dispatched anyone & don’t intend to, all while charging a monthly modem fee, is really bad business.Time to shop for new ISP?

Okay, one month in and I regret choosing @Earthlink. I thought they would provide better support, but:1. No one there seems to know what IPv6 or a prefix delegation is2. They keep hanging up on meI'll be switching to another provider just as soon as this contract is up.

@Ask_Spectrum Already did, no help at all. Because you guys refuse to get my bill down and with better speeds, I went with a competitor @EarthLink . Just signed up for their 1 gig connection (cheaper price) and will be cancelling Spectrum. Will be posting on nextdoor to advise my neighbors.

Ready to leave @RCNconnects today after a week of horrible service and getting disconnected/hung up on twice during customer service calls. Pity. They used to be so good. Anyway, anybody know if @EarthLink fiber is any good?

@EarthLink advertises higher broadband rates than they can deliver. But good luck getting customer support to help; I’ve been disconnected —and not called back—so many times that I don’t want to try anymore. Right now sitting on hold for the last hour with no help in sight…

@EarthLink once again earthlink email is giving me problems. they have been absolutely horrible that last few months. Now they've locked me out of my email account after insisting that I change passwords. I made up completely new passwords that they would not accept. Ridiculous.

I swear to god @earthlink has the WORST internet service ever. I literally should not be struggling to take my final exam on my laptop at home. It’s bad enough that you all LIED and said that we would be able to upgrade to a faster connection. You guys really SUCK!

@EarthLink I’m having a big issue with you guys. You mislead me when I signed up and now I’m being charged a $200 fee when I was specifically advised no fees will be charged. Who is going to help me with this?
